Our main objective is, of course, truffle quality. We are aware that product quality arises from the respect of the territory and local traditions.

In order to keep our commitment to constant quality, we continuously monitor temperature, humidity and rainfall, in order to intervene with agronomic practices only when needed. We constantly invest in research and testing.

In Italy there are not any regulations on the traceability of truffle products yet, but we intend to guarantee the quality of the Ascoli truffle by providing each product with the relevant data: harvest place and date, fungal species and any further information which can help consumers choose the best products.
